Cindy Sunseri was awesome!!  In the past year, we’ve had 3 different realtor transactions …… the sale of our previous home (Iowa), a leased rental property, and finally the purchase of our home in Pittsburgh in which Cindy represented us. The first two involved everything that is WRONG with real estate transactions. We endured agents interested only in the sale or lease, listings full of half-truths and outright lies and agents perfectly willing to leave it entirely up to us the customer to uncover the issues hidden behind those lies.

After those dealings, Cindy was an amazing breath of fresh air. Her “no nonsense”, straight forward approach was exactly what we needed. Most importantly, we never questioned that her priority were our best interests. She was always available to answer questions regardless of how big or small. Even though this didn’t happen very often because she was such a pro, one of the things I appreciated most was here willingness to answer a question, “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.” My father taught me long ago ….. Beware of those that only say “Yes”, and are too quick and willing to do so.

The day of our closing was a great example of how proficient Cindy is. Due to our work schedules, we needed to do the final inspection of the property at 7:00 a.m., the same day as the closing. We had a question about a possible foundation issue, which was not revealed during our mechanical inspection due to the homeowner’s portable closets which were blocking the basement walls. We also discovered rusty running water , only because Cindy demanded that we turn on EVERY faucet in the house. I expected having to throw together a quick contingency agreement to solve these since we literally only had hours before the closing. Instead, Cindy was able to have an independent, third party, home inspector meet us at the hours within hours to inspect, and ensure us that the foundation was not an issue. She went on to line up a plumber that came and installed a new hot water heater BEFORE our 4:00 closing that same day!!!

Hopefully we aren’t moving anytime soon, but we would gladly use Cindy to represent us again and can easily recommend her to others.
